New Centre for Special Educational Needs at Manchester Mesivta School

In October 2017, with the aid of a major award from the Gershon Rothman Awards fund, Manchester Mesivta opened a new dedicated centre for SEN pupils.  The new centre contains three well equipped state of the art classrooms where pupils will learn key life skills such as cooking and computer use.  The new centre has been dedicated to the memory of Gershon Rothman and Delamere’s Vice Chairman, Sam Cohen, unveiled a plaque as a permanent tribute to Delamere’s benefactor.  Invited guests enjoyed a L’Chaim which included cakes and biscuits baked in the new centre by the children.
